Field Notes

Practical Guidance for Volunteers

All necessary heavy equipment and safety gear are provided on site by our regional team leads. We recommend wearing comfortable, durable clothing suitable for outdoor work and bringing a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the morning session.

First-time participants receive a brief orientation at the start of each workday. Whether you can give two hours or a full Saturday, every contribution directly supports neighborhood resilience across Georgia.
